McKinney Vento / Residency Affidavit Form

Proof of residency is required for enrollment. You must live within the Norton City School District to enroll. If you do not OWN or RENT your home, fill out the McKinney-Vento/Residency Affidavit. Follow form instructions for proof of residency.
